Linda Matthews retains the copyright to all digital files, images and artwork.

Types of Licenses

Each digital product includes a license. Details of which license applies can found in the product description on the sales page of each individual product, and is also included in the readme or instructions document provided with each product. Violations of these terms may result in legal action.

Quick Overview of Licenses

Personal License = personal use only
Commercial Printable License = print the pages for use in handmade journals that you wish to sell
Commercial Junk Journal Templates License = design digital products that you wish to sell
Commercial Digital Design License = design digital products that you wish to sell

Personal License

You May

Print the files as many times as you wish for personal use.

You May Not

Sell or share the digital files or printed copies, as is or altered, individually or as a set.
Claim the designs as your own.
Print and sell as supplies for customers or in any form whatsoever.
Create your own digital files for sale using my designs.
Include my designs on print on demand items for sale on sites like Zazzle, Spoonflower, Cafepress etc

Commercial Printable License

You May

Print the files as many times as you wish for personal use in craft projects.
Print the files up to 100 times for completed handmade items sold online or at local fairs

You May Not

Sell or share the digital files or printed copies, as is or altered, individually or as a set.
Claim the designs as your own.
Print and sell as supplies for customers.
Create your own digital files for sale using my designs.
Print, assemble and sell. These printables must be incorporated into a unique project that is assembled and significantly altered by you.
Include my designs on print on demand items for sale on sites like Zazzle, Spoonflower, Cafepress etc

Commercial License for Junk Journal Templates

You May

Use the templates for personal use in craft projects.
Use the templates to make digital products you wish to sell. Digital files for sale must be of your own design and must be sold in flattened jpg format.
Remove the original copyright information when selling digital products designed by you.
Use the templates to make printable products that you wish to sell. Printable products for sale must be incorporated into a unique project that is assembled and significantly altered by you.

You May Not

Resell or share the original digital files or printed copies, as is or altered, individually or as a set.
Claim the designs as your own.
Use these files to create your own templates.

Commercial Digital Design License

This license gives you the rights to sell digital files according to the terms of use below. Linda Matthews retains the copyright to all original digital files, images and artwork.

You May

Use the files to create digital or printable junk journal products to sell to your customers for their personal use. You can sell on sites such as Etsy or your own website store.
Use the files in an unlimited number of products without attribution.

You May Not

Sell the images “as is”. The images must be incorporated into a new design that you create and must be in flattened format, e.g. jpg or png format.
Claim copyright or claim the designs as your own. Linda Matthews retains the copyright to all original files.
Sell, give away, or distribute the original files in any way as is, either as stand-alone images or in bundles.
Pass on any rights other than personal use rights to your customers.
Upload the original images directly to POD sites like Redbubble or Zazzle in order to sell standalone products like pillows or t-shirts.
Sell your products on sites like CreativeFabrica or similar sites where their license conflicts with these terms of use.
